Unwrapping Christmas

Do you ever wonder where some of our Christmas traditions come from? Did you know that Christmas trees were once hung from the ceiling and that Christmas was banned in 1647 by the Puritans? The beginning of the month started out with a very educational, comical and sweet night at the yearly bpChurch Ladies Christmas Dessert. And sweet it was, with the men all dressed up serving us delicacies such as Red Velvet Cake, Tiramisu and Chocolate Cake. The sweetness continued on into the night with fellowship, Christmas carols, and learning about different Christmas traditions!
