Listening for Spring

corn sproutlings!
I just came in from planting my first ever summer bulbs and love that dirt is now under my fingernails.  Plus, mark your calenders I decided to move the first day of Spring up a few weeks in hopes to discourage any more snow days. Not sure about you guys, but I missed meeting with you all this last week!

This Tuesday, please come with lesson 4, "Be Listening": Loving our neighbors as ourselves by listening to them.

"Each of your should look not only to your own interest, but also to the interests of others.  Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus:  Who, being in very nature same as that of Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant..."  Philippians 2:4-7

An opportunity is coming up that we'll get a chance to love by listening.  March 15th we will head over to Portland to share lunch with the residents at Shepherd's Door.  If you would like to carpool please let Linda know. Speaking of calender did you notice on the right hand side of the blog there is a picture of a calender?  If you click on it you'll be up-to-date with our current up and coming events.

See you Tuesday!
