Prayer = Life Transforming

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. James 4:8a

Last Sunday, we had the privilage of seeing our friend and sister, Karen share her desires to be closer to God and be baptized into His family.  She wants to know God more and desires Him to transform  her life.

This week in our Lesson 2 of  the Power of a Praying Woman, we are challenged to spend time with God in prayer daily so that He can draw near to us and teach us more about Himself.  Prayer is a partnership with God, an open door though which He speaks to us and changes us from the inside out.

If you get a chance listen to this song, it's about the names of God, meditate on what each name means, and think about how you may have experienced each of His characteristics in your life.
